Q1. How do I get to my Team page?
First, login to the website. From the menu, go to Team Central -> Team Directory. Use the filters to find your team and select your team. As coach you have permissions to update the team page to show the information you want your team to see. We just require that you comply with EYAA rules and not post any player names with pictures.
Q2. Where can I get the roster and contact information for my players?
From the Roster tab on the Team Page, select the Printable Roster link. This form can be printed or saved in a variety of formats including PDF.
Q3. What is the best way to contact my player's parents?
From the Team page (see Q1) select the Dashboard tab. This form will send an e-mail to all primary and secondary contacts of your rostered players. You can also check the box to send an e-mail to the player's e-mail address.
Note: There are reports that some are not receiving e-mails that are sent from the Dashboard. In your first Dashboard e-mail ask parents to confirm that it was received and follow-up on those that do not reply. Report any issues to [email protected].
Q4. Can I use my own e-mail client to contact parents?
Of course, just make sure you have both primary and secondary contact e-mails. You can get this information by viewing the Printable Roster from the Team Page Roster tab. Be aware that if the parent changes this information on their account you will not be notified automatically.
Q5. A parent asked me to add them to the mailing list. How can I do that?
Parents should update the profile on their account to include the correct primary contact information. Optionally they may define a secondary contact that will be included on all e-mails sent from the Team Page Dashboard.
